Today we launch a newer and smarter way to chat with the Poly agent to create or find something special. We call them activities, and they’re simple guided actions you can take with the help of the agent. We’ve heard from users that their blank Poly drive can be confusing since they don’t know what to use it for. That’s why several of this week’s activities center around the agent actually find or creating content for you, not just organizing your own content. Here’s an example…

The eight launch activities are:

• Generate a Podcast Episode — the agent will guide you through creating a podcast or audio summary of a set of files, or on any topic you wish
• Create Study Flash Cards — the agent creates an interactive flash card app just for you based on your study content, such as a textbook or website.
• Organize a Folder — the agent will iteratively organize a folder of files for you, doing things such as removing duplicates, organizing and tagging, and removing junk
• Scrape a Webpage for Media — the agent scrapes a webpage to download files / images for you. Useful for downloading a bunch of images from an online album
• Find a lost file — the agent helps you search for a file that’s lurking among your files. Perhaps you misplaced it or it has the wrong name.
• Deep Dive into a Youtube Video — summarize, study, and review a long youtube video or media file.
• Assemble a Research Dossier — the agent will search the web for documents, references, links, and other materials about any topic you wish
• Concept Art and Storyboarding — have the agent help you create concept art, images, comic panels, and keyframes for some kind of visual storytelling
